The Niagri Brush Polisher has been designed for polishing root vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, red beet, swede and parsnips.

Only fresh water is used to avoid cross contamination and bacteria, therefore increasing appearance and shelf life.

A contra rotating top brush ensures even the most awkward shape gets polished.

No product loss even when the brushes wear. A high pressure pump and water tank has been incorporated in the machine. Easy to use and low cost maintenance machine.

Carefully chosen bristle configurations are mounted on webs that rotate in a ‘banana’ like fashion with the slightly coarser brushes as the vegetable enters the machine and finer brushes on the discharge.
